Thank you jimpop I did not want to try opening mine. It was a X-mas gift from last year from a good friend. We should let the catalog know the thickness may be wrong in our catalog.
Comparing KM# 319 with KM# 320, the ratios of thicknesses doesn't exactly match the ratio of weights.
And one of the coins I examined appeared to be an incomplete casting.
Any thoughts?

I usually borrow a copy of the Krause book from the library, but broke down and ordered one of my own. Just not here yet.
What I gather so far is that we may need to update out catalogue.
But that still leaves the question of counterfeits.
I contend that my examples looked like unfilled castings.
