Ancient Roman Coin Identification (Fake?)

I received the following coin from a swap two years ago, (when I still didn't know a lot about collecting) and just now realized that it sort of looks like a fake, and for sure does not match the page that the person I swapped with had it under (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces50059.html). It look something like the coins of Marcus Aurelius. Please let me know if this is real, and if so, value and Numista page.

Looks like a cast counterfeit to me. Not only do I see little bubbles, but I also think I see a seam.

Obverse seems to have the legend AVRELIVS CAESAR... but the lettering looks wrong.
