This morning I received one of the following coins that is part of a series depicting Great British Military Leaders from East Caribbean States, but realised that I had seen this reverse before and sure enough, it is on a coin from Turks and Caicos.
The busts of Queen Elizabeth II are different and so is the date.
Has anyone come across this before on other coins?
You might have seen some duplicate reverse's on quite a few of the €2 Commemorative coins.
17 different EU Countries released the "Treaty of Rome" (TOR) CC in 2007
20 different EU Countries released the "10 Years of Economic Monetary Union" (EMU) CC in 2010
22 different EU Countries released the "10 Years of Euro Currency" (TY€) in 2012
23 different EU Countries released the "20 Years of the EU Flag" (EUF) in 2015
Germany and France issued a joint €2 Commemorative in 2013 as well
I suppose these were a little too obvious and you might be looking for more obscure duplicates?
Cheers Mike

Seychelles and Mauritius 1,2 and 5 cent coins between during George VI and Elizabeth II reigns (1937-1971). King/queen bust is the same for the same years, the only difference being the lettering for respective country.
And many more colonies that have one side with bust the same and the other distinctive.
Russia and Bulgaria...and Australia and Russia...or Thailand. The USA New Jersey quarter and the Isle of Man crown both show Washington crossing the Delaware...

Citação: "ZacUK" Ah yes, I forgot I had those two. I guess you got them together
in a Presentation Folder from the Royal Mint, like mine ...
Nope, independently, from different dealers in different places (which, aside from being in the same city, could hardly be any less similar). I've had one (Saint Helena) for months but didn't obtain the other (Ascension Island) until today. (I suppose I might have phrased it better.)
In fact, I had no idea that there even was a presentation folder. (But it's a nice folder.)
For the record, I paid ~$11 for the Saint Helena coin (very overpriced) and ~$5 for the Ascension Island coin (probably closer to a fair price).
However, while the Saint Helena coin was a new country for me, the Ascension Island coin wasn't - I got another coin from there (the 2 pounds with the baby Prince Charles) two days earlier. I just wanted to complete the pair.

Comments welcome please
Yes, I like the East Caribbean 2 dollar coins too. I have 19 of them, with 5 still to find, and they are being very elusive.
I am going to continue my search, but really would like to exchange them for other similar coins as I do have a few to swap
