yes, the 1975 and the 1981 are common,
but have you seen one 1980?
I hunted the internet but could not find any.

It's worth mentioning that hundreds of members claim to own the other years, but for 1980: 19 only for the 5fils and 12 only for the 10fils - which are usually type collectors who randomly any year.

These 2 coins were issued by the british royal mint
So Mintage figure should've came from them. Best solution would be contacting them.

It could possibly be a typo by the mint, or by krause as well. Or an intended Mintage that never happened.

Could be also that mintage happened that year but coins issued had another date. And the reporting mistake happened.
