I am also a Euro coin collector, and challenge all the euro commemorative coin collectors to my "3 coin challenge" (what a creative name) Simple, you have to collect 3 coins from every Euro country: Common coin, 2€ commemorative and a "silver and gold commemorative" coin. (Except that andorra has not minted silver and gold commemorative coins) (Warning: Some coins from the vatican, monaco and san marino are'nt cheap) So my collection is:
Austria: 1/3 (Only common coin)
Belgium: 1/3 (Only common coin)
Cyprus: 1/3 (Only common coin)
Estonia: 1/3 (Only common coin)
Finland: 3/3 (about 15 2€ commemoratives, and 2 5€ commemoratives:
