So difficult to work out country / value

I have recently come across a whole load of coins which have been up in a family members loft for years - in there was this beauty. First looks at it made me think it was very valuable as it was in a decent condition and was the only coin in the box that had been wrapped in tissue. However I am very unsure as to what country it was actually minted in and what year - I was hoping one of you would be able to help . TIA

Probably 98% of the MTTs us Numista members own (and that exist in the world) are restrikes of some sort, produced from 1781 until the present; examples of this coin, including the 1780 X coin posted above. It has 12 NRI, whereas the three links there are all in the 90s NRI.
