A small error of translation from Chinese

In this coin I have noted the following:

Obverse: 八 this is not the number, should be 四(4) - not 九 but 七 (7)
Translation: Republic of China - Year 74
Lettering: 年四十七國民華中 (this one should be written inverted, right-left, for us, Western readers)
