It appears the designation for a 1854 O Seated Liberty Quarter does not exist under the coin's profile. I recently purchased one and was trying to add it to my account. Do you have an 1854-O that is different than these two? Even though KM64 years go beyond 1854, that year had arrows and is therefore under a different KM#
