Closest I could find, but the outer ring markings don't match, and neither does the center dot symbol:

Hello,

Yours is a Henan 汴 10 Cash.

Your coin is probably a provincial issue (hence the difference in the outer ring characters from the link you gave) rather than a Central issue from Peking, probably not listed here yet.
You said to use Franglaise, so: merci a lot!

No, it says I am one. :D
But glad I could help!
Well, merci beaucoup then!
I still don't understand why they put those ideograms instead of the minting authority : if the mint is Henan so it's necessarily a provincial issue.
I don't think the Board of revenue minted the Henan coins ; that doesn't make sense.
Morever I don't find other coins with those ideograms on the web :s

I actually think the Henan attribution is a mistake; the central character is an indication of the cycle, not place of minting.

I have found coins with those ideograms on the outer ring (亥辛) on Numista, and turns out they're from Sinkiang province:

So maybe that's the answer, and unlisted provincial type of the 10 Cash.
All right; I made a listing with your new provincial suggestion. Best I could do! Thank you for your help!

In this case, that makes sense now, thanks :wiz:

Y# 20g

ps.

汴, another name for Kaifeng City, Henan Province, China
辛亥 is year 1911

Wait, so it's the other way around, the inner symbol indicates place of minting and the outer ones indicate year?

Y#20g is here, but there is no 汴 listed on Numista, only a line for 河:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26115.html

EDIT: Okay, I figured it out. I mistook the symbols on the sides for the minting authority, which is the case in the Peking issues (戶部), but actually correspond to (for example, 1906) the Chinese year symbols 午丙.
河 is wrong, It should be 汴
I've requested to modify our catalog.

I requested that my new submission be deleted, as the listing already exists under 亥 辛 Y#20g (1911), as bbybugs pointed out. Thanks everyone.
