Hi fellow enthusiasts!
Numista has this listed under Portugal, should the series of coins be changed to Azores (under Portuguese administration). Refer Krause. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces38978.html
Trying to get my "coin per country numbers up)
It is generally accepted that it's incorrectly listed in Krause. The Azores are being commemorated in the coin (this isn't the only one), but Krause somehow mistakes it as being coinage of the Azores, which it is not. They lost the authority to use separate money from Portugal in 1932.

Both silver and copper-nickel versions are listed correctly under Portugal fo the reason stated by Tovarich. Krause is not the holy grail of knowledge, it can have mistakes and this is the one.
Plus the highlighted words are just poor reason for making a new topic.

Yes, sorry @Jakub but I agree with the other folks on this one, Krause is in the wrong here IMO as well.
What you suggest would be like listing this comemmorative 10 euro coin here, under Brittany rather than France.
I agree with the crowd on this. However. If you look at the coins commemorating Azores and Madeira that Portugal listed they treat them differently than any other regional commemorative. The legends on the commemoration side and the national side refer and honor Madeira and Azores. No other issues of Portugal do this. The national side only honors Portugal.
