As much as I like variants, this case disturbs me a lot. First you need perfect coins to be able to eventually find what you have. Second there is such a small difference between high and low reliefs that it is IMPOSSIBLE to see the difference.
THIRD thing is that in a swap you cannot trust if the variants are correctly noted (you can't even be sure that your own have been correctly identified!).
I would suggest to add a new year line for each year, saying I DON'T KNOW what I have!
All this because I thought a had a 2008 with a low relief, I got in swap a coin with a high relief, but actually that coin corresponds 100% to the coin I already had, so EITHER they are both HIGH or they are both LOW reliefs.
Another possibility is to delete the variety year lines, but keep the description of them in the comment fields.
