This is a 4 Maravedis of Felipe II minted in Cuenca. This type with legends of Fernando and Isabel was minted until 1566. The letter C use to be at left of the castle, but yours is at right like the official Pedro Román did. He worked in Cuenca from 1558-1575, then your coin is between 1558 and 1566.
