It's not a coin.
I think it's something like a piece of button or part of militar uniform.
The design is composed of an axe in a beam of sticks behind a half circle shield finished by 2 lion heads facing each other.
99% of chance it's a french stuff

C'est un truc du genre morceau de bouton ou élément d'uniforme militaire.
Le symbole est composé d'une hache placée au centre d'un faisceau de verges derrière un blason semi-circulaire fini par 2 têtes de lion s'affrontant.

TThe symbol on the coin is called a fasces used in roman times

It is on gram silver other side looks to be old English L1 or 47 old English looks Spanish i have not cleaned it just washed it off

It's not kingdom of Navarre since letters RF in the middle of the shield stand for République Française.

The different symbols used are mostly antic ones but the whole design is french and modern (ca. 1880's). It's not an official design but it's used on the french passeports and also by different french authorities.

Fasces where also prominently used as an Italian symbol of fachism and in France for the first time to my knowledge during the french revolution.

as others said its clearly not a coin. but a 19 or 20th century button piece.
someone on a military and civil button website or forum might help you in finding which button it exactly is.

Lol no its no button . it is a hand hammered silver coin . click on the pic zoom in there is coin markings on both side not one side like a button . i just thought you guys could help . i have taken it to 4 coin shop it is a coin .......
