4 Old Copper Coins (Italy?)

Hello again,

I have 4 coins I can't identify. Maybe you can give me some help :-)

First is copper, 1.74 g, one side is an allegoric man and legend ROV ? ? ? ? TIA, the other side is crowned arms and legend ....NEDI... / N. I. D.



Second is copper, 7.57 g, one side crowned arms with 4 / 8 divided by that, legend maybe SICI (sicilly?), other side is portrait.



Third is copper, 1.40 g, one side religious (papal?) arms (6 crosses, 2 crossed keys, legend on the left DVX, other side cross, legend SALVS (SALVE?) MVNDI.



And fourth is very low silver or billon or brass or something, 2.02 g, one side crowned IIII, other side cross with lilies (France?).

Second is Naples ( https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces169033.html ) and 4th is Cambrai 4 Deniers as I found out meanwhile. Still got no idea about the first one.

I managed to read "PROV...NTIA" which prompt me to search for "PROVIDENTIA".
