I propose to remove Poland 2PLN 2007 no dots entry.

It's an error of dirty (clogged) matrix.
If you take a look on a coin from different angels (positions) , you can see the remaining of the dots.
It happens to the newer (small dot) version of 2 PLN coins for XXI century. The1994 and 1995 have big dots and it was much more difficult to get them filled with some dirt.
