Please give the diameter and the weight in order to check the fraction of the fels.
The first reading is: 1200, no mint, but we can't have the sceal of Solomon at the obverse in 1200.
It seems that it could be 1260 with a "6" inverted. One coin is mentioned in the Eustache "Corpus des Monnaies Alaouites" with a 6 inverted. (Eus#1063).

Eus#1063: 1260 without line
Eus#1064: 1260 in between 2 single lines
Eus#1065: 1260 in between 2 single lines and 2 lily flower
Eus#1066: 1260 in between 2 double lines
Eus#1067: 1260 in between 2 wavy lines
Eus#1068: 1260 in between 2 doubles lines (and another obverse)
and inside these 6 types, you can have some variations...
