Well it's not because these coins are Japanese and that I'm Japanese, but pretty much coins that have Art Deco style are really nice. I think there are some Serbian and Romanian coins that are in Art Deco, and also Danzig coins.
Citação: SmartOneKgGood question. I think it's been asked before.

Because my favorite coins are the ones with animals as a motive, I think the one I like the most is this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces19706.html
Not old or very valuable, but is the kind that best reflects the tropical fauna of these countries.
SmartOneKg, that is the only argentinian coin from my collection I actually like
I said that I hated Argentinian currency if I don't misremember
However, I like the Patacon Series, but I only have the first three coins of the issue (1 Centavo, 2 Centavos and 10 Centavos -this one is made of silver-), because they are really expensive.
Hi All! I joined this awesome site just recently and love it so far. This is my first post and appropriately about a coin I like very much.
About a year ago my wife got me a Coin Of Time III from Latvia. I actually collect circulation coins but liked that one so much that I recently got Coin Of Time II. Like that one even more. And I'm dreaming of getting the first Coin Of Time (2004) but the best I found was $600.
Anyways, hoping to be not just a user here but a contributor as well. Cheers!
Cool - I saw the other sides of both when I found those two above, and liked them also.
You can add your own pictures of the Moon phases / Zodiac reverses later. Thanks - really nice.
Shame the first 2004 coin can not be bought for $100 like the second 2007 or third 2010 can.
If that is the date sequence, can't wait to see the 2013 design. Also love to see photos of yours later.
One of my favourites (which I own - those are my fingers in images below!) looks like it is bimetal - but I think is all silver, then gold added around edge and one side has black enamel over the silver ...

I generally like the coins with aircraft's and ships, and military design, but lately I also find very nice the coins with Liberty heads, like US, Argentina, Brazil, France etc.
In particular I like the Helvetia 20 Fr and Portugal 1 Escudo below:

A plain, worn 1881 Morgan that grades about F-VF. My first Morgan that was my grandfather's. 1881 was the year his mother was born. It could have been hers, but I do not know. https://onplanners.com/templates/weekly-calendar-planner
This silver 20 Piastres from Egypt - (1895) worn and old - but it has this mystique around it of jaded odalesques and the mystical Middle East in the era of Arabian nights.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

More than the actual coin, I am totally impressed with the way you have created an aura around your coin...the words bring your coin to life
