though it depends on date and condition.

As of today it seems there is no added Numismatic value above bullion value in general due to skyrocketing silver values. You did not provide a date so I provided what NGC estimates its value at for a slabbed and graded 1977 for instance at full retail. If you look at Numista's estimates for these coins, I have found swap values are GENERALLY between wholesale and retail values. As far as I am concerned it is valued at about $25 U.S. in any condition as of today.
